We regret that we are unable to answer individual questions about animal health matters. For more information we suggest the following services:

• To schedule an appointment at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals, call 607-253-3060 weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• To have a professional library staff research your topic in the published literature and provide you with relevant information and answers to your questions, contact the fee-based VetAccess service provided by the Cornell Flower-Sprecher Veterinary Library.
• To solve the behavior problems of a companion animal, contact Cornell's Animal Behavior Clinic through their web site or by phone at 607-253-3450 or 607-253-3844 to arrange for a fee-based consultation with a qualified professional.  The consultation may take place by phone or in person. 
• To consult with a qualified professional with questions about cats, veterinarians and non-professionals alike can contact the fee-based Dr. Camuti Memorial Feline Consultation and Diagnostic Service at the Cornell Feline Health Center. Call 1-800-KITTYDR between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
